As the next generation of our family coffee business, and the authors of the next chapter in our family's story, we're committed to keeping the tradition of bringing the highest quality flavors and aromas to our customers alive through time and adversity. We consider it our duty and privilege to break with convention to share our knowledge with our customers and to empower them to select their own blends.

Roasting coffee is an art as well as a science and a craft. It doesn't just require knowledge and experience (though it does require those), it takes real passion and an ability to "read the bean" that demands something extra from the roaster. Cubico Coffee uses a German-engineered Fluid Bed Roaster that has revolutionized the coffee roasting process with its simplicity and effectiveness. This roaster uses carefully regulated hot air to agitate and roast the beans simultaneously. This ensures that the beans maintain a consistent temperature during the roasting process and that they're roasted uniformly.
This technology separates extra material, or "chaff", out into another chamber, which helps to keep unwelcome extra flavors out of the coffee. This machine gives us a higher level of control and very precise results. It allows us to roast orders with unique bean ratios, which means we can make your own personalized blends.
