Finca Santa Maria is a 150 hectares farm owned and operated by a father-son team. Deep in the hills of the Mejicanos region, the Aguilar family has been producing this fine aromatic coffee for over six generations. Juan and Fernando are constantly combining new farming techniques with new technologies to bring out the best quality on each and every crop.
Finca Santa Maria is certified by the Rainforest Alliance, which recognizes the farmers committed to apply sustainable and environmental practices. This coffee is notable for its fruity aroma, creamy balanced with caramel, chocolate and subtle fruit notes.
